Merges with Senate Website Leader GSL Solutions

January 5, 2009

Tampa, FL - GSL Solutions ("GSL") has merged with Richfield, Ohio-based firm, GovTech Solutions ("GTS"). Formally completed in October of 2008, the merger was the vision of Mike Connell who passed away unexpectedly on December 19, 2008.

"Mike Connell will be greatly missed for his leadership and inspiration. We are moving forward today with the public announcement of the merger as originally planned," said Michael Gaines, President of GSL Solutions.

GSL is best known for its early and continued success in the U.S. Senate website market. Conversely, GTS has eight years' experience building websites and online communication tools predominately for the U.S. House of Representatives. The merged entities will adopt the GSL moniker and continue to provide services to federal, state and local government clients through the launch of a new product offering called HillTop CMSTM (www.hilltopcms.com).

By combining a strong understanding of government, a passion for technology and an appreciation for the political atmosphere in Washington, D.C. and beyond, the expanded GSL Solutions team will continue to provide cutting-edge solutions coupled with unsurpassed customer service. This merger strengthens the position and ability to continue building the best government websites. "GovTech Solutions has a strong reputation in the House for providing quality technology solutions to House offices," said Michael Gaines. "GSL is a leader in the Senate and by combining our knowledge and experience; the new GSL brand will be able to provide more services to our clients."

Mike Connell said that, "bringing together two companies well versed in technology, business and politics will create a dominating force on Capitol Hill." Our goal is to move forward with this vision to help all Federal and Congressional offices improve how they communicate online with constituents.
